    Secretary

    Responsibilities

    • Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
    • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
    • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and files.
    • Handle office communications and ensure smooth workflow.
    • Assist management with administrative tasks.
    • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree in Office Administration or related field.
    • Proven experience as a secretary, personal assistant.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in ms office (word, excel, powerpoint).
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
