We are seeking an experienced Secretary to provide high-level administrative and business support to the Chairman.
The ideal candidate will manage schedules, handle confidential information, and serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring efficiency and productivity in the Chairman’s daily operations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Office Administration, Secretarial Studies, Law, or related fields.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience supporting C-Level Executives (preferably in Oil & Gas).
Strong proficiency in MS Office, virtual tools (Zoom, Teams), and digital systems.
Ability to review and vet contracts and MOAs.
Flexibility to work extended hours when necessary.
