Salesforce Data Import Specialist at SnappyCX

Job Description:

• We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Salesforce Data Import Specialist to support our team with the regular upload of Excel spreadsheets into our Salesforce system.
• This is a flexible, hourly contract position, ideal for someone who thrives in a self-managedbenvironment and is available weekly on an as-needed basis.

Responsibilities

• Import and manage data from Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce with a strong focus on
• accuracy and data integrity.
• Perform routine data cleansing, validation, and formatting prior to uploads.
• Identify and resolve data-related issues, ensuring compliance with internal standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather data requirements and support reporting needs.
• Document and report data import activities and maintain clear audit trails.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience importing and managing data within Salesforce.
• Strong Excel skills, including data formatting, lookup functions, and data cleanup.
• High attention to detail with a commitment to data quality.
• Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication skills for team collaboration and task coordination.
• Salesforce Administrator certification or hands-on admin experience.
• Familiarity with Salesforce data architecture and standard object relationships.
• Experience in data migration projects and/or use of data cleansing tools.
