We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Salesforce Data Import Specialist to support our team with the regular upload of Excel spreadsheets into our Salesforce system.
This is a flexible, hourly contract position, ideal for someone who thrives in a self-managedbenvironment and is available weekly on an as-needed basis.
Responsibilities
Import and manage data from Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce with a strong focus on
accuracy and data integrity.
Perform routine data cleansing, validation, and formatting prior to uploads.
Identify and resolve data-related issues, ensuring compliance with internal standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather data requirements and support reporting needs.
Document and report data import activities and maintain clear audit trails.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience importing and managing data within Salesforce.
Strong Excel skills, including data formatting, lookup functions, and data cleanup.
High attention to detail with a commitment to data quality.
Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication skills for team collaboration and task coordination.
Salesforce Administrator certification or hands-on admin experience.
Familiarity with Salesforce data architecture and standard object relationships.
Experience in data migration projects and/or use of data cleansing tools.
