Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Officer to assist our sales team in driving revenue growth and ensuring seamless customer service operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
• Process customer orders and ensure accurate documentation
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to track order fulfillment
• Maintain updated customer records and sales databases
• Prepare sales reports, performance dashboards, and presentations
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets
• Monitor stock levels and communicate availability to customers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or FMCG environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Experience with ERP or sales management systems is an added advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
