    Sales Representative

    Job Description

    • A Sales Representative's job is to sell a company's products or services by identifying leads, building relationships with customers, and closing sales deals.
    • They are responsible for understanding customer needs, presenting solutions, and exceeding sales targets.
    • In essence, a Sales Representative is a customer-focused professional who is responsible for generating revenue by effectively selling a company's products or services, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identifying potential customers through various methods like referrals, cold calling, or online research.
    • Building Relationships: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
    • Product Knowledge: Demonstrating a thorough understanding of the company's products and services.
    • Sales Presentations: Presenting products or services to prospects and explaining their value.
    • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiating contracts, determining pricing, and closing sales deals.
    • Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Sales Reporting: Tracking and reporting on sales performance to meet or exceed targets.
    • Market Research: Staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
    • Collaboration: Working with other teams, such as marketing and product management, to achieve sales goals.

    Qualifications

    • Candidates should have an HND / Bachelor Degree
    •  3 - 4 years work experience

    Skills:

    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
    • Persuasion and Negotiation Skills: Ability to persuade customers and negotiate sales contracts.
    • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with customers.
    • Sales Skills: Proficiency in sales techniques, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
    • Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide excellent customer service and support.
    • Time Management: Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
    • Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the company's products or services.
    • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends.
