    Sales Representative – Security Services

    Responsibilities

    • Prospect for new clients through field visits, networking, referrals, and corporate engagement.
    • Promote the company’s portfolio of security services — manned guarding, patrols, alarm response, and escort services — to businesses, estates, and institutions.
    • Conduct client needs analysis and site surveys in collaboration with the operations team to recommend suitable security solutions.
    • Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals and quotations that align with client requirements and company pricing standards.
    • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Conduct periodic client visits and service review meetings to assess performance and address concerns.
    • Work closely with operations and accounts departments to ensure smooth service delivery, renewals, and prompt payments.
    • Monitor industry trends, competitors’ activities, and emerging client needs to identify new business opportunities.
    • Provide timely feedback and recommendations to management to support strategic decision-making.
    • Represent the company at business events, exhibitions, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.
    • Minimum of 1 – 2 years’ experience.

    Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong prospecting and negotiation skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication.
    • Ability to develop trust and rapport with clients at all levels.
    • Good presentation and proposal-writing ability.
    • Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined in follow-ups.
