Sales Representative at HR-on-Wheels

Responsibilities:

• Attend to customers courteously
• Discuss concept and design details with head designer

• Ensure customer has a positive experience and gives positive feedback
• Ensure all complaints are resolved in a timely manner
• Assist in creating innovative styles
• Determine suitable fabric requirements and select materials for project
• Document and preserve all illustrations, patterns and design layout for future reference
• Coordinate and collaborate with production team in producing quality product
• Be part of the creative and detailing process
• Deliver quality finished product in time
• Take proper records during consultation and needs assessment
• Ensure customer has a positive experience and gives positive feedback
• Ensure all complaints are resolved in a timely manner
• Perform other duties as needed

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and customer service skill
• Good listening and problem solving skills
• Experience as a sales rep in a fashion industry is an added advantage
• Excellent fashion sense is an added advantage
• Emotionally intelligent and great interpersonal skills
• Smart
• Proximity to the Island is much preferable
