Kuhl-Cher Limited is recruiting sales representatives for the CCTV division at Raya Trade Nigeria Limited.

Job Description

1. Sales & Revenue Generation
   • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for CCTV 
   • Demonstrate product features, benefits, and competitive advantages to customers.
2. Customer Engagement
   • Provide expert advice on CCTV - Dahua specs and appliance functionality.
   • Handle customer objections and close deals effectively.
   • Build long-term relationships with repeat buyers and businesses.
3. Market & Product Knowledge
   • Stay updated on industry trends (e.g., Competition, new brands).
   • Train on new product launches and promotions.
4. Channel Management
   • Have a strong relationship with Wholesalers and retailer, and is familiar with the market structure in Nigeria
5. Reporting & Feedback
   • Track sales data, customer preferences, and competitor activity.
   • Report inventory needs and market gaps to management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 1–3 years in CCTV business 
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with CCTV technologies (HDR, refresh rates) and other brands
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Persuasive, energetic, and customer-focused.
