Role Summary

• We are hiring experienced field sales professionals who can drive primary and secondary sales within assigned territories.
• As a Sales Partner, you will manage distributors and work closely with Sales Supervisors to grow market volume, expand coverage and ensure consistent product availability in the market.
• This role is 90% market work — not an office job.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned distributors and ensure adequate stock levels
• Drive sales volume across wholesalers, sub-distributors and retail outlets
• Support Field Executives, Riders in growing key salons
• Drive Secondary Outlet Expansion(Touch Point)
• Monitor territory performance and achieve monthly targets
• Ensure product availability and prevent stock-outs
• Execute promotions and market activations
• Track competitor activities and market pricing
• Maintain accurate reporting of daily sales and stock movement.

Requirements

• HND / BSc Degree in any discipline
• 2 - 4 years FMCG field sales experience
• Must understand open market sales and distributor operations
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
• Comfortable working extensively in the market daily
• Target driven and performance focused.
