As a Sales Partner / City Headat Lush Hair, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with customers and retailers across your assigned territory.
You will work closely with the sales team to execute sales strategies, meet targets, and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain positive relationships with key distributors and Salons in your assigned territory.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective selling, order taking, and inventory management.
Ensure timely delivery and stocking of Lush Hair products at customer locations.
Provide excellent customer service and address any issues or concerns promptly.
Gather market intelligence and report back to the sales management team.
Collaborate with the marketing team to drive brand awareness and consumer engagement.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum of a Higher National Diploma (HND) or bachelor’s degree.
2-3 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
Proficient in using sales tools and technology.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Good understanding of local market dynamics and consumer trends.
