Job Summary

Our company is looking for a Real Estate Sales Manager to oversee our sales team. In this position, the supervision of sales people is your top priority. You will set sales goals, help secure leads, and train new agents for your staff. You will also call upon your years of sales experience to help with complicated matters, such as complex retail contracts and sales forecasting. 

Job Responsibilities

• Manage sales team and provide leadership, training, and coaching.
• Set sales targets and increase revenue.
• Business acumen  minded and strategic thinking
• Maintain client relationship
• Assist sales team with client meetings and communication.
• Coordinate inspection and allocation.

Qualification

• Minimum of B.Sc/ HND in a related field
• 5yrs experience in sales and management roles is preferred
• Candidate should reside in Ajah axis or its environment.
• Proven organizational and planning ability.
• Experience in the Real estate industry is an added advantage.

Salary, Commission, Bonuses, HMO
