    Sales Officers (HVAC-R) B2B

    Role Summary

    • We are seeking for dynamic and results-driven Sales Officers to drive business growth through strategic B2B selling, client relationship management, and contract acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the HVAC-R, engineering, or mechanical solutions sector, and a proven track record of closing high-value, big-ticket corporate deals.
    • This role requires a self-motivated professional with excellent communication skills, a charismatic personality, and the ability to deliver measurable sales results aligned with clearly defined KPIs, within the shortest time possible.

    Responsibilities

    • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the B2B and corporate markets.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, consultants, and procurement teams within target industries.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and bids for HVAC and engineering solutions.
    • Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently.
    • Track and report on sales performance against agreed KPIs and revenue targets.
    • Conduct market intelligence to identify emerging opportunities and competitive positioning.
    • Ensure timely contract execution, invoicing, and client satisfaction to promote repeat business.
    • Represent the company at trade events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

    • Monthly and quarterly revenue targets achieved.
    • Number and value of new contracts secured.
    • Client retention and satisfaction levels.
    • Conversion rate of proposals to signed contracts.
    • Market expansion and new client acquisition.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of proven B2B sales experience success, preferably in HVAC, (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) systems, furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, heat pumps, and thermostats, engineering, or electro-mechanical solutions.
    • Possess an extensive and well-established network of clients and customers.
    • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets to corporate customers

    Required Skills

    • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Excellent networking ability and corporate relationship management experience.
    • Self-driven, confident, and personable gravitas with high emotional intelligence.
    • Ability to identify, open and close sales opportunities efficiently.
    • Understanding of big-ticket & high-level client management.
    • Knowledge of contract management principles and practices.
    • Proficiency in collaborative communication tools, such as MS Teams.
    • High level of integrity and ethical standards.

    Compensation and Benefits

    • Base Salary: ₦700,000 monthly (negotiable based on experience).
    • Performance-Based Review: Base pay increase after probation upon meeting or exceeding annual KPIs.
    • Commission: Competitive commission on monthly sales achieved.
    • Mobility: Pool vehicle provided for client visits and official engagements.
    • Contract Tenure: Full-term, but confirmation subject to meeting performance targets.
