    Training & Licensing Specialist

    Job role

    • The training and Licensing assistant will assist with processes and task in the Training and Standards unit.
    • The training and Licensing Assistant shall assist with the following task.
    • Plan, schedule, and coordinate training-related activities for Green Africa Personnel as required
    • Plan and coordinate outsourced training activities (initial/recurring).
    • Maintain Training & License records for all Green Africa IOCC personnel ensuring all records are up to date
    • Manage all licensing activities for Green Africa IOCC personnel
    • Prepare periodic training report
    • Coordinate with Crew Scheduler and the DTS to ensure seamless integration training and licensing events with flight operations.
    • Assist with scheduling training meetings and events
    • All other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • HND/BSc Degree from a reputable institution
    • 2 years' experience in similar role
    • Aviation Industry experience is an added advantage

    Crew Scheduler

    Job role

    • Developing and overseeing daily crew rosters, ensuring compliance with company policy and regulations
    • Monitoring flight schedules and promptly adjusting crew assignments to address operational changes
    • Notifying crew members of schedule updates and changes in a clear and timely manner
    • Coordinating with the Operations Control Center to resolve crew-related challenges
    • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including duty hours and rest periods
    • Tracking crew availability, leave requests, and training schedules to prevent conflicts
    • Maintaining accurate documentation of crew schedules, duty logs, and irregularities on the software
    • Addressing crew inquiries regarding schedules and resolve conflicts effectively.

    Qualifications

    • BSC or HND degree
    • Valid NCAA Flight Dispatch License
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
    • Familiarity with crew management systems (e.g., AIMS or Jeppesen) and Microsoft Office tools
    • Strong ability to make decisions and solve issues effectively in a fast-paced environment
