Sales / Marketing Lead at Merit Healthcare Limited

Responsibilities

• Focus on developing the brand’s financial performance, image and positioning compared to competitors.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams.
• Establish a system of reports and communications on all information from the marketing team for feedback and request to the Management
• Ensures Development and implementation of Company’s Marketing Strategies.
• Support the execution of management strategies to achieve sales targets, market shares, shelf shares, financial targets, sustained profitable growth, manpower development, corporate set-up, managing and reducing operational expenses, as per company standards
• Monitoring all sales activities in all projects and provide feedback to Team Lead on customer information, customer feedback, issues and concerns.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Economics, Marketing, Real Estate, Management or other related course
• Age Limit within 30- 45 years
• 3 - 5 years of Marketing and sales experience encompassing brand management, marketing communications and sales in Real Estate sector
• Experience in Real Estate industry experience is highly desirable
• Knowledge of office productivity software (such as Excel, Word processing, Microsoft outlook and internet surfing).
