    Company Driver

    Responsibilities

    • Safely and timely drive the clients and employer to and back from site visitations and meetings as authorized by the management
    • Ensure that the car is clean at all times by washing both its inside and outside parts
    • Carry out routine inspection on the car to ensure that it is always in good condition
    • Identify electrical and mechanical problems that may hinder smooth working of the car and carry out minor repairs and maintenance where necessary
    • Keep a travel log to record locations travelled to, travel time and work hours.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an SSCE qualification with at least 2 years relevant work experience.

    Sales / Marketing Lead

    Responsibilities

    • Focus on developing the brand’s financial performance, image and positioning compared to competitors.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams.
    • Establish a system of reports and communications on all information from the marketing team for feedback and request to the Management
    • Ensures Development and implementation of Company’s Marketing Strategies.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc / HND in Economics, Marketing, Real Estate, Management or other related course
    • Age Limit within 30- 45 years
    • 3 - 5 years of Marketing and sales experience encompassing brand management, marketing communications and sales in Real Estate sector
    • Experience in Real Estate industry experience is highly desirable
    • Knowledge of office productivity software (such as Excel, Word processing, Microsoft outlook and internet surfing).

    Client Service Executive

    Main Duties

    • Assist in overseeing the promotion of property sales and listing services
    • Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer real estate deals
    • Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property
    • Assist to oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as deeds of assignment, and purchase agreement
    • Conduct inspection of a property to ensure the terms and conditions of sales are met before closing sales deals
    • Provide periodic reports on sales and generated returns on quarterly basis as assigned by the marketing lead
    • Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other as assigned by the marketing lead
    • Answer clients’ questions regarding enquires of the properties in listing.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of HND as educational qualification
    • 1 - 4 years relevant work experience.
    • Previous experience in marketing of products in Real estate (An advantage)
    • A self started and good team player
    • Knowledge of Ms. Word and PowerPoint.

    Legal Advisor

    Responsibilities

    • Support in drafting and negotiating contracts associated with real estate portfolio
    • Ensure that appropriate approvals are in place before real estate transactions are executed
    • Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for real estate transactions
    • Provide counsel for employee and management
    • Manage regulatory and compliance-related services on housing laws and policies.
    • Represent the company in purchases and sales of properties
    • Monitor the implementation of legal clauses in contracts.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Law
    • Maximum of 1 year experience in practice
    • Strong analytical and research skills
    • Ability to work well within a team and independently
    • Good understanding of property law, and foreclosure
    • Capable networker with excellent interpersonal communication and public speaking skills.
