Sales/Marketing Executive at Joetian Limited

Joetian Limited, a reputable real estate development company in Abuja, is seeking experienced, proactive and results-driven Sales/Marketing Executives to join our Sales & Marketing department. Minimum of 3-4 years with hands-on experience in marketing (real estate experience is an advantage)

‎Compensation: N100,000 - N150,000 + Commissions

‎The ideal candidates must be confident, articulate, and passionate about connecting clients to value-driven real estate opportunities.

‎Responsibilities include:

• ‎Generating leads and managing client relationships
• ‎Promoting company products and closing sales
• ‎Meeting weekly/monthly sales targets
• ‎Preparing timely reports

‎Requirements:

• ‎Strong communication and negotiation skills
• ‎Previous sales/marketing experience (real estate experience is an advantage)
• ‎Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• ‎Must be based in Abuja
