• We are looking for a responsible Graduate Trainee (Electrical Engineer) to help us advance our electrical products, systems, and applications.
• This Trainee Engineer will work under the supervision of the Maintenance and Facilities Manager. Our Ideal candidate, aged not more than 30years old, would have graduated from one of Nigeria’s Universities with a minimum of Second Class Honours, Upper Division in Electrical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that installations and applications are in line with customer needs and safety standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to design and apply new system processes
• Perform quality and performance analysis on new and legacy IT systems
• Summarize data and report on test results
• Examine needs on new equipment, calculate costs and help prepare budgets
• Monitor maintenance and inspection plans

• Deep knowledge of electrical manufacturing processes
• Understanding of electrical engineering codes and safety standards
• Problem-solving abilities

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the General / Regional Manager or his delegate, this officer will undertake the pre-sales consultation with distributors to arrange on-farm demonstrations of the company’s products and technologies, and follow through with ensuring that the farmers understand the value of such and are able to practice the same on their own with minimal assistance.
• Will work with distributors, stockists and dealers to ensure that such products and technologies are made available to the farmers through the appropriate channels at the right time, in the right quantity and price.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should strictly possess a Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Agric Extension, or Agric Economics with a minimum of Second Class Honours, Upper Division from a Nigerian University.
• Our ideal candidate should be within the age of 30 years old.
• Vacancies are available in the Northern / South-Eastern region of the country.
• Our ideal candidate will be comfortable living and travelling in any part of Nigeria.
• Fluency in English and at least one major language is required.
• One year of cognate experience in a similar position will also be an advantage.
