We seek a candidate with the ability to drive revenue generation by leading sales initiatives, manage client acquisition efforts, and practically lead the Sales/Customer service/Marketing and public relations team.
This role is ideal for someone with leadership skills who can manage sales activities, build strong client relationships, develop strategies, and achieve business targets. You will be a key point of coordination, ensuring consistent sales performance and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across logistics services.
Lead, mentor, and manage the team to achieve performance targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Oversee the preparation of proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports.
Collaborate with operations to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years’ experience across sales, marketing, PR, or customer service functions.
Proven leadership experience managing teams and driving performance.
Strong understanding of revenue generation and client relationship management.
Experience developing and executing integrated commercial strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
