Job Summary

As our sales marketing and partnership manager, you will be responsible for leading the growth of our platform. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive sales, create impactful marketing strategies, and build meaningful partnerships to enhance the platform's reach and success. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a strong understanding of digital platforms, market trends, and customer engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies  for  our  ecommerce and  marketplace  platforms.
• Identify, onboard,  and manage  key  partnerships to  enhance  platform adoption  and  user engagement. 
• Drive customer acquisition through targeted marketing campaigns and digital  outreach strategies. 
• Collaborate  with cross-functional  teams  to ensure  seamless  platform functionality  and scalability.
• Lead platform  monetization  efforts by  implementing  innovative revenue  models. 
• Analyze platform  performance  metrics to  optimize  user experience  and  retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years ‘experience in sales, marketing, and partnership management, preferably in platform-based businesses. 
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
