Responsibilities
Leading and managing the sales team.

Building strong client relationships.
Overseeing staff training.
Coordinating with suppliers.
Driving initiatives to increase showroom traffic and sales conversion rates.
Managing the showroom’s social media page, including uploading content and providing basic oversight.
Key Requirements
Proven experience in sales leadership and management, preferably in a related industry.
Excellent content creation abilities

Demonstrated ability to set and achieve sales targets and objectives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Minimum of OND / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
