Customer Service Representative at Uncle Stan's Foods

Location: Ikoyi, Osapa/Orchid, or Admiralty Road (Lekki)

Salary: ₦130,000 Monthly

Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for interacting with customers, managing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across our service channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly
• Process customer orders accurately (online and in-person)
• Ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for every customer
• Manage phone calls, emails, and social media inquiries
• Maintain updated knowledge of menu items and promotions
• Work closely with other departments to resolve customer concerns
• Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards
• Provide administrative support as required

Qualifications

• OND / HND / B.Sc in any field
• 1–3 years experience in customer service or a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is an added advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be customer-focused, patient, and well-organized
• Ability to work independently and within a team

Important Requirement

Applicants must reside within Ikoyi, Osapa/Orchid, or Admiralty Road (Lekki). Only candidates living in these areas will be considered. This requirement is mandatory due to the proximity needed for our outlet locations.
