    Sales Manager

    Job Responsibilities

    • Recruit, train, and manage a team of Sales Associates
    • Drive team performance to achieve sales and revenue targets
    • Provide ongoing coaching and motivation to team members
    • Monitor performance and ensure consistent productivity.

    Job Requirements

    • BSc, BA, or HND in any discipline
    • Proven experience leading a commission-based retail sales team
    • Basic knowledge of CRM tools
    • Prior experience in HMO or insurance sales is an added advantage.
