    Sales Manager


    • Promote sales of systems and products
    • Schedule and conduct customer meetings
    • Generate sales leads
    • Issue customer proposals and conduct weekly follow-up
    • Create new customer accounts
    • Meet sales targets – Monthly, quarterly and yearly.
    • Manage customer accounts including all related aspects
    • Maintain high level of product/system knowledge
    • Present and demonstrate systems / products
    • Support all customer requirements for his/her accounts
    • Be responsible for the overall satisfaction of the customer
    • Building BOM’s & PO’s with the support of the technical operations and teams.
    • Follow up on instructions by the Director of Sales and as may be needed by the Operations Director and MD
    • Issue periodic marketing write ups and mail shots
    • Participate in site surveys where needed
    • Submit an annual business plan and weekly reports to Director of Sales
    • Manage debt collection for his/her accounts
    • Assist and support in road shows and other marketing events
    • Maintain updated customers list
    • Working as a team player with all relevant company’s units and staff.
    • Support the sales unit activities when requested by the Directors of sales and operations and MD.


    • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field from a recognized University.
    • Marketing professional qualification.
    • Proficiency in: Ms Office.


    • A minimum of 5 years verifiable working experience in corporate Sales account Management performing similar tasks as mentioned above.
    • Must have experience in selling systems
    • Have a proven track record selling security solutions in Nigeria in both public and private sectors.
    • Must have at least 3 years’ experience in selling Security solutions, (experience expanding to the region will be an added advantage)


    • Must demonstrate good sales and management skills.
    • Demonstrable the ability to not only lead sales activities and meet company sales targets but also activities involving budget analysis and commercial discussions
    • Have good presentation skills
    • Have good negotiation skills
    • Must demonstrate sales and marketing prowess
    • Be articulate and able to communicate well
    • Ability to learn fast
    • Possess good organizational and time management skills
    • Able to work with minimum supervision
    • Self-driven with high level of integrity
