We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager - Glue and Adhesive to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a robust background in Glue and adhesive sales, strong technical knowledge of adhesives, bonding solutions and application techniques.
The candidate will be part of our Glue division; You will play a key role in glue and adhesive sales, developing key accounts and expanding market share in industrial, construction and consumer adhesive products.
The Key Responsibilities
B2B and B2C Sales in glue and adhesive products
Key account manager
Market and competitors’ analysis
Negotiation and deal closing
Sales strategy and business development
Distribution and channel sales management
Must-Have
Bachelor's / Master’s degree in chemistry or chemical Engineering
At least 10 years of experience in Glue and adhesive sales.
Proven expertise in driving sales.
Expertise in executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Knowledge of technical product presentation and training of distributors and end users.
Nice-to-Have:
New product development in collaboration with R&D Team.
Technical knowledge of adhesive and bonding
A self-starter with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate technical data into actionable market strategies.
