Payment Terms	100% Paymentafter Completion.
Validity of Quotation

AdditionalTerms & Conditions:

Applicable Withholding Tax (2% WHT)will be deducted.

Quotations submission requirements:

Complete quote for all items on RFQ on letterhead signed
Company CAC and TIN details
Preferred vendors who have a physical presence in Sokoto is an added advantage.
Warranty on the items
After services maintenance for at least 6 months is an added advantage

Incomplete offersshall not be examined

Evaluationcriteria:

Offers will be evaluated basedon their responsiveness to the specification, price, payment terms & delivery time.
CBM reserves the right to reject anyor all bidswhen considered to be in the bestinterest of the organisation and/or the people it serves.
