    Sales Executive Travel Lagos / Sales Executive Travel

    Job Summary:

    • We are seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our travel related products/services, engaging with potential clients, and ensuring a seamless booking experience.
    • This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others plan their trips, and the ability to close sales effectively.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Respond to travel-related inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
    • Recommend and sell travel products and services based on client needs and preferences.
    • Follow up with potential and existing clients to close sales and build long-term relationships.
    • Process bookings, payments, cancellations, and modifications accurately.
    • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, preferences, and transactions.
    • Collaborate with travel partners and internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
    • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.

    Requirements:

    • Bsc/HND Certification.
    • 2–5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
    • Experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality sector is a plus.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in sales tools, CRM systems, and travel booking platforms
