    Sales Executive

    Job Summary

    • The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving product sales, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients within an assigned territory. The role is critical to achieving the company’s revenue growth objectives and expanding market presence across Nigeria.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the assigned territory (Lagos, Abuja, or Port Harcourt).
    • Manage and grow existing client relationships to ensure consistent customer satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs in line with company objectives.
    • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, pricing dynamics, and growth opportunities.
    • Promote the company’s product range and ensure proper product knowledge is communicated to clients.
    • Prepare and submit accurate weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.
    • Collaborate with marketing, production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies and order fulfillment.
    • Participate in sales meetings, product trainings, and strategy sessions.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and relevant Nigerian laws and regulations.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
    • Minimum of 3–5 years’ relevant sales experience, preferably within FMCG, food processing, or manufacturing.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and deal-closing skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
    • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Knowledge of the meat or food manufacturing industry is an added advantage.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); CRM experience is a plus.

    Working Conditions

    • Hybrid work arrangement where operationally feasible.
    • Frequent travel within the assigned territory may be required.

    Remuneration and Benefits (in line with Nigerian Labour Law)

    • Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience).
