    Sales Executive

     Employment Type:

    • Onsite (Full-Time)
    • Freelance/Remote (Commission-Based)

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives to promote our hotel’s services, drive bookings, and build lasting client relationships. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality, sales, and customer engagement. Both onsite and freelance candidates are welcome to apply.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate, leisure, and event segments.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with travel agents, event planners, corporate clients, and tour operators.
    • Promote hotel packages, services, and amenities to potential clients.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
    • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.
    • Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions (onsite role).

     Requirements:

    • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong understanding of hotel operations and guest services.
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively (especially for remote roles).
    • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).

    Compensation Structure:

    Onsite (Full-Time):

    Component Details
    Base Salary Competitive Salary (based on experience)
    Commission Negotiable base on net booking Value
    Bonuses Quarterly performance bonuses
    Benefits Health insurance, Staff discounts

    Freelance/Remote:

    Component Details
    Commission Only From 10%  on confirmed bookings/sales
    Payout Frequency Monthly (upon confirmation of client payment)
    Support Provided Sales materials, training, CRM access
    Flexibility Work from anywhere, set your own hours
