    Sales Executive

    • Are you a motivated, results-driven individual with a passion for building strong client relationships and driving business growth?
    • We are looking for a dynamic Experienced Sales Executive to join our team. As a key part of our sales force, you will play a vital role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, meeting sales targets by using a consultative approach to selling, using your expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Client Acquisition: Identify and develop relationships with new clients, focusing on understanding their IT needs and challenges.
    • Sales Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to reach targets, including lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
    • Product Knowledge: Understand the company’s IT products and services, including software, hardware, and consulting services, to effectively demonstrate and pitch to potential clients.
    • Solution Selling: Assess client needs and offer customized IT solutions that align with their business goals, creating value propositions.
    • Negotiations and Closing: Conduct negotiations on pricing, contracts, and service terms, aiming to close deals that meet sales targets.
    • Account Management: Maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, handling renewals, and identifying upsell opportunities.
    • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new product releases to identify new sales opportunities.
    • Reporting: Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and documentation to management on sales performance and client feedback.

    Required Skills

    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain complex IT products and concepts clearly to clients.
    • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT products and services, including cloud solutions, software, and hardware.
    • Negotiation: Skilled in negotiating terms and conditions to achieve profitable sales deals.
    • Sales and Marketing: Knowledge of sales techniques, including consultative selling and relationship-building.
    • Problem-Solving: Ability to understand client pain points and provide tailored IT solutions.
    • Customer Service: Strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client accounts.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in IT sales, preferably with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Familiarity with CRM software and sales forecasting tools.
    • Up to date with the latest tech trends, particularly those impacting clients’ industries.
    • Upsell and cross-sell success rate.
