Sales Engineer at African Industries Group (AIG)

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer with a strong background in oil & gas and fabrication services to drive business growth in Lagos and Port Harcourt.
• The ideal candidate will combine deep technical knowledge with proven sales capability, building long-term client relationships while delivering commercially viable engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage sales opportunities within the oil & gas and fabrication sectors
• Engage EPCs, operators, IOCs, NOCs, and service companies to promote fabrication and engineering solutions
• Interpret client technical requirements and translate them into commercial proposals
• Work closely with engineering, fabrication, and project teams to develop accurate bids and quotations
• Lead technical and commercial presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Petroleum, Metallurgical, or related field preferred)
• Minimum 5–10 years’ experience in a Sales Engineer or Technical Sales role
• Strong experience in oil & gas services, fabrication, and engineering solutions.
