    Sales / Business Development Manager

    GreenSpace Farms Limited (GreenCo Brand) is looking to recruit suitable candidate to fill the role of Sales / Business Development Manager.

    The successful candidate will report directly to the Managing director and will be tasked with driving sales growth, expanding market share and supporting the strategic direction of our FMCG business. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record at least 4 years in Sales, Marketing, particularly in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.

    The Ideal candidate will also be tasked with managing the sales team for other regions in Nigeria .

    Job Description

    The preferred candidate should be a Professional Male or Female, between 27 - 40 years old with experience in a similar role.

    He or she should be proficient with computer spreadsheets and Microsoft applications including word, excel and outlook.

    The Ideal candidate should:

    • Be able to work under pressure,
    • Have very good writing and oral communication abilities,
    • Have superb interpersonal skills
    • Have excellent selling and negotiation skills.
    • Have clear understanding of sales process and dynamics
    • She should possess problem-solving skills and have a friendly voice.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    The Job Responsibilities includes but is not limited to the following:

    • Research and identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services and new ways expanding sales to existing customers.
    • Maintains sales volume targets by tracking changing demand trends, economic indicators, competitors, and supply and demand
    • Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their peculiar and needs.
    • Represent the company at events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the GreenCo brand .
    • Reviewing product sales performance.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, finance and operations teams  to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
    • Communicate with customers through various channels and resolve customer’s complaints.
    • Develop and present regular reports to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics.
    • Manage and coordinate service to major customers, partners and outlets.
    • Coordinate the regional sales teams.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Candidates should possess relevant qualification (OND /HND / B.Sc.)  with 4  - 6  years work experience.

    Remuneration

    • Salary Range:  N 5.2 million / year
    • Other financial Benefits (Sales target bonus and Incentive)
