Sales / Business Development Manager – FMCG at African Industries Group - AIG

Job Overview

• We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Sales / Business Development professional to join our team in Abuja. The role involves expanding market presence, driving revenue growth, and managing business development activities across Northern Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and business development across assigned territories
• Develop and manage distributor and channel partner relationships
• Identify new market opportunities and expand product reach
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business strategy
• Travel extensively across all Northern States, including PHC
• Provide regular market intelligence, sales reports, and forecasts.

Candidate Profile

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
• 5 - 10 years of proven experience in Sales / Business Development
• Strong background in FMCG sales (mandatory preference)
• Experience in handling large territories and extensive travel
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills
• Results-oriented with a strong understanding of market dynamics.

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to travel extensively
• Strong knowledge of Northern Nigeria markets
• Immediate joiners preferred.
