Job Description

• Greeting customers and providing friendly service
• Develop a good rapport with customers, demonstrating a friendly and helpful manner to put them at ease.
• Attend to customers' requests and resolve customer complaints and challenges.
• Assisting with product selection and answering questions-Introduce new products promptly to customers.
• Familiarize yourself with current information about services and products available for customers.
• Foster a positive and pleasant working relationship among customer service team members.
• Managing the cash register, processing payments, and handling returns.
• Keeping the store clean and organized.
• Restocking shelves and ensuring displays are attractive.
• Monitoring inventory levels and reporting shortages.
