    Sales Associate

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling ourproducts, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.
    • This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to drive sales in a competitive retail environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Promotes/sells/secure company products and services using solid arguments from existing and prospective customers
    • Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers
    • Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
    • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.

    Other Requirements:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers
    • Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook
    • A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
    • Must be able to drive and have a valid driver’s license.
