Job Overview:

The primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service while driving revenue growth for the company.

• Proven experience in Fashion retail or shoe industry is compulsory.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and connect with customers
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior and retail trends

Key Responsibilities:

• Create memorable shopping experience for customers through effective engagement and exceptional customer service aimed at driving sales, achieving customer satisfaction, and improving customer retention.
• Drive sales to achieve set financial and performance targets
• Execute promotions, marketing campaigns and activities in-store to drive sales and promote customer loyalty
• promote brand and product awareness /loyalty by gaining and utilizing a comprehensive understanding of brand knowledge and technical knowledge of the products.
• Monitor inventory levels and stock accuracy across product category to maximize sale opportunities and prevent shrinkage
