About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with product selection in-store.
• Wrap gifts and prepare party packs promptly and neatly.
• Stock and restock shelves to ensure attractive product displays.
• Conduct walkthroughs to maintain store cleanliness and product availability.
• Support in store opening and closing procedures.
• Assist sales associates and supervisors with daily operations.
• Participate in promotional activities and in-store events.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma; undergraduates are encouraged to apply.
• 0 - 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
• Basic knowledge of sales, customer service, and store operations.
• Ability to wrap gifts and prepare party packs efficiently.
• Friendly, customer-focused, and team-oriented attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and dedicated to customer satisfaction.
• Experience in gift wrapping or stocking is a plus.
• Proximity to the store locations is very important.
