Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure strong presence
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with customers and understanding their needs
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Handle the ecommerce sector of the business
• Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through walk-in; cold calling; ecommerce and social media platform
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or fashion shows

 Job Requirement

• BSc/BA in Marketing, Communications, or similar field  
•  3years proven experience in a similar position in fashion/retail industry
• Knowledgeable about fashion and kids clothing
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Research and analytical skills
• Marketing & Negotiation skills
• Social media management & content creation skill
• Ability to take initiative and work without supervision
• Excellent Written and Verbal communication

Responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Salary Range: N50,000 +Commission monthly
