Detail Officer at Halogen Group

• Are you an experienced security professional with a strong background in secured mobility, journey management, and executive protection? We're looking for a highly disciplined and results-driven Detail Officer to join our team.
• As a Detail Officer, you will coordinate the delivery of secured mobility services, ensure the safety of clients, personnel, and assets while maintaining exceptional operational standards. You will lead journey Management commanders, oversee field operations, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure compliance with established security procedure and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate secured mobility operations, including escort services, executive protection, meet-and-greet services, and travel security.
• Lead and supervise Journey Management Commanders to ensure safe and efficient service delivery.
•  *Conduct route risk assessments and implement journey management strategies.
• Liaise with Government Security Forces and other stakeholders to support operations.
• Coordinate logistics, vehicle readiness, PPE, and operational resources.
• Respond effectively to security incidents and emergencies.
• Prepare operational and incident reports and ensure compliance with company SOPs and quality standards.
• Drive team performance through coaching, training, and effective supervision.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing timely support and security advisory services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution/or a military academy.
• Professional qualification in Security Management or a related field is required.
• 5-7 years' experience in the Armed Forces, Civil Defence, or other Government Security Forces, or as an Executive Response/Journey Management Commander in a reputable private security company.
• Previous supervisory experience is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years' driving experience with a valid driver's licence.
• Strong knowledge of travel security, close protection, journey management, route risk assessment, and security intelligence.
• Excellent leadership, communication, report writing, client management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
