Sales and Marketing Officer at Solar Depot Nigeria

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Officer to join our team at Solar Depot, a leading solar energy solutions provider in Lagos, Nigeria.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing sales deals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, operations, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective communication
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
• Develop and manage marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and event planning
• Analyze sales and marketing data to measure performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform future strategies

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND or BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the renewable energy or solar industry
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and meeting targets
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
