    Sales and Enrollment Lead

    • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Enrollment Lead to oversee the entire sales and enrollment process, drive revenue growth, and ensure a seamless customer experience from lead generation to conversion. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership skills with hands-on sales expertise to achieve business objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Set and manage sales and enrollment targets in alignment with organizational goals.
    • Lead, mentor, and supervise the sales and enrollment team to achieve set objectives.
    • Define and implement sales strategies across inbound, outbound, and partnership channels.
    • Oversee the enrollment funnel — from lead qualification and follow-ups to closing and onboarding.
    • Monitor pipeline health, forecast sales performance, and provide regular reports to management.
    • Ensure a high-quality customer experience throughout the sales process.
    • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and program teams to align offers, promotions, and pricing strategies.
    • Develop sales scripts, objection-handling frameworks, and team training materials.
    • Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and business development opportunities.
    • Continuously review and optimize the sales and enrollment process to maximize conversion.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years relevant sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
    • Experience in education, EdTech, consulting, or professional training services is an advantage.
    • Strong understanding of sales funnels, CRM systems, and performance metrics.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage a high-performing team.
    • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in sales tools and reporting systems.
