    Sales and Customer Success Assistant

    Job Description

    • As a Sales and Customer Service Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets and expanding our market presence.
    • The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
    • A passion for the film industry and a keen interest in sales and marketing are essential.
    • Our ideal candidate must also have at least one year of proven experience in a sales or marketing role.

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities
    • Analyze sales data and prepare reports to inform strategic decision-making.
    • Manage sales-related documentation, including contracts, invoices, and purchase orders
    • Assist the sales team in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
    • Coordinate with clients to schedule screenings, meetings, and promotional events.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and contracts.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
    • Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and new business opportunities.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree/Higher National Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or in a related field;
    • 1-year proven experience in sales and/or marketing roles;
    • Professional qualifications, certifications, and memberships are an added advantage;
    • Must reside in Lagos;
    • Must have completed NYSC.

    Skills:

    • Strong attention to detail;
    • Proficient in the use of Google Workspace;
    • Proficient in the use of marketing and sales optimization techniques;
    • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal;
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively;
    • Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn;
    • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information;
    • Excellent time management and organization skills;
    • Ability to work with minimal or zero supervision
