Rope Access Technician at JC International

• JC International is seeking highly skilled and experienced Rope Access Technicians (Levels 1, 2, & 3) to join our dynamic team on a free lance basis.
• This role is for professionals with expertise in inspection, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct FPSO internal and external tank inspections.
• Perform hull and deck inspections for structural integrity.
• Execute BV class hull gauging and measurements.
• Inspect mooring lines, riser structures, and fenders.
• Carry out internal and external inspections of pressure vessels.
• Inspect process lines and piping systems.
• Perform statutory and NDT inspections on lifting equipment, including monorails, lifting beams, and davits.
• Conduct dropped object structural inspections.
• Perform statutory inspections of life-saving appliances.
• Utilize advanced NDT techniques such as:
• UT Flaw Detection
• Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI)
• Dye Penetrant Inspection (DPI)
• Pulse Eddy Current Testing
• Eddy Current Testing
• Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT)
• Digital Radiographic Testing (DRT)
• Long Range Ultrasonic Testing (LRUT)
• Conduct coating inspections.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Valid IRATA Rope Access Level 1, 2 & 3 certificate
• Proven experience in rope access operations across various industries.
• Valid ASNT certificate in at least 4 NDT methods (UT Flaw Detection, Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI), Dye Penetrant Inspection (DPI), Pulse Eddy Current Testing, Eddy Current Testing, Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT), Digital Radiographic Testing (DRT), Long Range Ultrasonic Testing (LRUT)Expertise in Non-Destructive Testing and inspection techniques.
• Certification and strong understanding of API Spec 510, API Spec 572, API Spec 570, ASME Section V, NACE standard, ISO 9712 standards
• In-depth knowledge of international safety and quality standards.
• Ability to work in challenging environments while ensuring safety and precision.
