Revenue Cycle Officer (Health Line) at Ascentech Services Limited

About the Role

• We're looking for a sharp, detail-driven Revenue Officer to keep our revenue cycle running smoothly — from billing and collections to reconciliation. You'll be the backbone of accurate patient billing and financial integrity at our facility.

What You'll Do

• Manage patient billing and collections end-to-end
• Process invoices, receipts, payments, and refunds accurately
• Reconcile daily revenue and prepare reports for management
• Chase outstanding payments from patients, HMOs, NHIA, and corporate clients
• Verify patient and payer details before billing
• Keep clean, audit-ready records of all transactions
•  Work closely with clinical, admin, and finance teams

What You Bring

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
• 2+ years in revenue management, billing, or accounting
• Healthcare/hospital/HMO experience is a plus
• Solid grasp of revenue cycle management and financial reporting
• Comfortable with Excel and accounting/ERP tools
• Sharp numerical and reconciliation skills.
