Revenue Assurance Officer at Eat'N'Go Limited

Revenue Assurance Officer regularly review a company's financial transactions, sales contracts and business practices. In addition to providing guidance for improvement, they identify revenue control risk and might develop and implement revenue control plans. They also monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of their revenue control plans.

• Reconciling retail stores sales with cash and fund balances in the relevant channels.
• Reconcile and monitor all GL accounts assigned on a monthly basis to independent 3rd party documents of the payment service providers and other independent sources.
• Updating and circulating Daily Position Report on daily basis.
• Report on and resolve any out of balance transactions, invalid transactions and discrepancies with the stores and the banks.
• Attending to all Cash Pick Up issues with the stores and banks.
• Prepare/Update the Revenue Assurance Report on a daily basis.

Prepare the Sales Reconciliation Report on a monthly basis.

Qualifications

Experience / Education Required:

• 3 years’ experience in the field; preferably QSR (Quick service restaurant)
• Minimum qualification; B.SC/HND in Finance / Accounting
• Proficiency in Excel.
• High Integrity, utmost confidentiality level
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to summarize and present  financial data in an organized, concise manner

Ability to:

• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, which may include evenings, weekends and holidays
• Demonstrated self-starter and problem solver with excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines and at the same time deliver timely results and reports.
