    Recreation Centre Supervisor

    Report To: General Manager 

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee daily operations of the recreation centre, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality service delivery.
    • Supervise, train, and monitor the performance of staff across all recreation activities and facilities. 
    • Coordinate schedules and staffing to ensure adequate coverage for all services and events. 
    • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of all recreational equipment and facilities. 
    • Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, health standards, and operational guidelines. 
    • Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally and promptly. 
    • Collaborate with management on event planning, promotions, and program development to enhance customer experience. 
    • Monitor inventory of recreational supplies and recommend procurement as needed. 
    • Foster a positive and engaging environment for both staff and patrons.

    Requirement

    •  National Diploma (ND), Higher National Diploma (HND), or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Leisure & Recreation, Sports Management, or related field. 
    •  Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a recreation, hospitality, or customer service setting. 
    •  Strong knowledge of safety and operational regulations for recreational facilities. 
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

    Accountant

    Report To: Finance Manager / Managing Director 

    Responsibilities

    The ideal candidate will (but is not limited to):

    • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and balance sheets. 
    • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments. 
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards. 
    • Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support management decision-making. 
    • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with tax filing and audits. 
    • Monitor cash flow and provide recommendations for efficient financial management. 
    • Implement and maintain internal control procedures to safeguard company assets. 
    • Collaborate with other departments to provide financial guidance and support operational goals.

    Requirement

    • Minimum of 7 years’ relevant accounting experience.

    Maintenance Officer

    Report To: Facility Manager / Operation Manager

    Responsibilities

    •  Conduct regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and systems to identify maintenance needs. 
    •   Plan, schedule, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. 
    •   Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff and external contractors to ensure timely completion of repairs. 
    •   Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and equipment servicing. 
    •   Ensure compliance with safety, health, and operational regulations. 
    •   Respond promptly to emergencies and breakdowns to minimize operational disruption. 
    •   Recommend upgrades or improvements to enhance facility efficiency and safety. 
    •   Assist management in budgeting and procurement for maintenance-related tools, materials, and services.

    Requirement

    • National Diploma (ND), Higher National Diploma (HND), or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field. 
    • Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in maintenance, facilities management, or a similar technical role. 
    • Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and structural systems. 
    • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and preventive maintenance practices.

    Waitress

    Report To: Restaurant Supervisor / F&B Manager    

    Location: Abuja (Dakwa)    

    Salary:  N 75,000    

    Key Responsibilities: 

    • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
    • Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverages
    • Take accurate customer orders and communicate them to the kitchen
    • Serve food and drinks promptly and correctly
    • Check on customers to ensure satisfaction and handle complaints politely
    • Set up tables and maintain cleanliness of the dining area
    • Clear tables and prepare them for new guests
    • Process bills and coordinate payments with the cashier

    Line Cook

    Report To: Head Chef / Kitchen Supervisor    

    Location: Abuja (Dakwa) 

    Key Responsibilities: 

    • Prepare ingredients and set up the cooking station before service
    •  Cook menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
    •  Ensure proper portioning and plating of dishes
    • Monitor and maintain the quality, taste, and freshness of food
    • Clean and sanitize workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment
    • Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all time 
    • Assist in inventory control by reporting shortages or spoilage
    • Coordinate with other cooks and kitchen staff to ensure timely service
    •  Receive and store deliveries correctly
    • Rotate stock to maintain freshness and reduce waste
    • Report any equipment malfunctions or kitchen hazards to the supervisor
    • Support training of junior kitchen staff when require

    Qualifications 

    • Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, Food Science, or a related field is preferred 
    • 2–3 years’ experience in a professional kitchen or food preparation role is preferred 
    • Knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety, and sanitation standards  
    • Culinary school training or certification is an added advantage
