Retail Supervisor at BBOXX

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of retail staff and ensure operational efficiency.
• Monitor sales performance and drive achievement of assigned targets.
• Ensure proper customer engagement and service delivery.
• Track inventory movement and escalate stock-related issues where necessary.
• Monitor compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
• Prepare and submit periodic operational and sales reports.
• Support staff coordination, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND / B.Sc in any related field.
• Previous experience in retail operations or team supervision is an added advantage.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
