Restaurant Server at Elvaridah

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers warmly upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
• Present menus and provide detailed information on dishes, particularly local and cultural cuisine.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
• Provide recommendations and insights into cultural dishes to enhance the dining experience.
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensure tables are properly set and clean before and after serving guests.
• Process payments accurately using the appropriate payment methods.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any order discrepancies.
• Promote a friendly and inviting atmosphere that reflects the restaurant's cultural theme.
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a server or in the hospitality industry is preferred.
