    Restaurant Manager

    Job Summary

    • The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure excellent customer service, efficient staff performance, and profitable business operations.
    • The role involves managing staff, maintaining quality standards, controlling costs, and creating a positive dining experience for customers.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Operations Management: Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, food service, and customer flow.
    • Staff Management: Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff to deliver excellent service.
    • Customer Service: Ensure high customer satisfaction by handling complaints, resolving issues, and maintaining service standards.
    • Financial Management: Monitor sales, manage budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability.
    • Inventory & Supply Management: Order supplies, manage stock levels, and prevent wastage.
    • Quality Control: Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are consistently maintained.
    • Marketing & Promotions: Implement promotions and strategies to increase customer patronage and brand visibility.
    • Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
    • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, staff productivity, and operational challenges.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Minimum of [Bachelor’s degree] in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 5-8years experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
