Restaurant Manager at Louis Valentino Nigeria Limited

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for hiring and training staff, as well as supervising and scheduling them.
• Responsible for ensuring that customers are satisfied with their experience at the restaurant. This includes managing the staff to ensure that they provide excellent service.
• Responsible for ensuring that the restaurant is in compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety regulations.
• Responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Responsible for creating and updating menus to ensure that they are up-to-date and offer a variety of options for customers.
• Responsible for handling customer complaints and resolving any issues that arise.

QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of a B.sc in business administration or related field
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years on similar role
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Sales target driven
• innovation and creativity skills
• Excellent networking skills
