Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the operations of our restaurant in GRA, Port Harcourt.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen, service, and cleaning staff
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to maintain stock levels and reduce waste
• Hire, train, and motivate staff to uphold high service and hygiene standards
• Monitor and evaluate staff performance; create staff schedules
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health regulations, and licensing requirements
• Handle customer complaints, queries, and special requests professionally
• Drive restaurant sales and implement strategies to improve profitability
• Maintain cleanliness, ambiance, and appearance of the restaurant
• Generate reports on daily sales, expenses, and performance metrics

Requirements

• Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in the hospitality industry
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Solid understanding of restaurant financials, POS systems, and inventory control
• Passion for customer service and high-quality dining experiences
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
